Citation Development Milestones

Foundation (Q3 2024) - Completed

Initial product concept and market research, team formation and initial funding, core technology stack selection, and early prototype development.

Alpha Version (Q4 2024) - Completed

Basic report generation engine, simple civil engineering data integrations, early user testing with industry experts, and user interface design and development.

Beta Launch (Q1 2025) - Completed

ESRI ArcGIS integration, Google Street View integration, improved AI text generation capabilities, early access program initiation, custom shapefile upload for large files, and background full report generation.

Current Focus (Q1-Q2 2025) - In Progress

Advanced engineering calculations module, multi-format report export options, regulatory compliance database expansion, user feedback implementation, tables and data features, and confidence rating system for report health, appendix, and citations.

Product Launch (Q3 2025) - Planned

Full public release on July 15th, team collaboration features, advanced data visualization tools, custom report template builder, prompt wizard to help users craft better prompts, achieve third-party SOC2 and ISO27001 certification, and DBYD/SmarterWX integration.

Future Vision (Q3-Q4 2025) - Planned

API for third-party integrations, enhanced AI regulations analyzer, open source ML model implementation for concrete failure analysis, and international standards compliance.
